Nov. 24, 2010 - The next Session of the Board of Directors of Alcantara Cyclone Space Binational Company (ACS) was held at NSAU headquarters in Kyiv.

According to the Agreement between Ukraine and the Federative Republic of Brazil on the long-term cooperation in utilization of Cyclone-4 launch vehicle at the Alcantara Launching Center, ACS bears responsibilities for development and operation of the ground infrastructure for space-rocket system Cyclone-4.

During the session of the Board of Directors the current issues regarding realization of Ukraine-Brazil project Cyclone-4 were discussed and Action Plan 2011 approved. On the basis of the session the Protocol was signed.

The session was attended by the President of Brazilian Space Agency Mr. Carlos Ganem and NSAU Director General Mr. Yuriy Alekseyev.
